SMALL GROUP TRAINING (2-4 PPL)
Groups are formulated according to each individuals abilities. Small groups are great because it still gives the individual attention feel while training with others who share the same goals as you.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Each session is catered to you individually according to your goals. This also provides a more personal feel. I recommend and individual session for everyone who is just starting out.

ASSESSMENT
All first time clients are required to book an assessment before booking training sessions.
